ORDER INFORMATION
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days but it can take up to 7 business days during busy times.
Prior to shipment, all items are carefully inspected and securely packaged for shipping to ensure the product does not sustain any damage.
All orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days from the date you placed your order.
You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We use UPS and USPS
We stand behind the quality of our products and we hope you love what you ordered. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or the product just is not what you wanted, please send us an email stating the reason for return or exchange, order number, date ordered, or any other applicable information at info@aspireorigins.com. All return requests must be received within 15 days of purchase. The returns after the 15 days mark will not be accepted.
We do not provide refunds for shipping and handling.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned, exchanged and shipped items.
Once your return is received and inspected, a notification will be issued regarding the item. Please note, due to the nature of our products, Aspire Origins will never issue a refund for used or damaged items unless it was damaged during the shipping for which the proof is needed such as a photograph. Approved refunds will be credited back within the same day of approval.
If you haven’t received a refund, please speak with your financial institution first such as your bank or a credit card company as it may take up to 10 additional business days for a refund to be processed.

We always strive our best to pack the products carefully to ensure its protection during the shipping process. However, once the package leaves our facility, it is hard to know how carefully it will be handled.
If you have received a product that arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as you receive the item so that we can remedy the situation timely.

Aspire Origins sources its wax that is:
- 100% Natural
- Toxins free -A lot of candles on the market are paraffin based candles. Paraffins are known to originate from petroleum and are chemically deodorized and bleached until the white color is reached) before it is turned into wax for various uses. It causes benzene (which is a part of gasoline) and toluene (an organic chemical compound mostly used as solvent). When burned, these two are known to be carcinogenic. According to the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), exposure to paraffin wax fumes targets eyes, skin, and respiratory system.
If there is ever a paraffin in a candle produced by Aspire Origins, it will be a food grade paraffin, which is the same paraffin used to coat apples and some other fruits and vegetables we eat.
